G101 Gardening for Youth - Kids Ages 8-15 - Registration Open April 22nd

Learn Gardening Basics from local U of MN Extension Master Gardeners. We'll show you how to plan, plant, harvest, and eat what you grow. This class will give you "hands-on" instruction and plenty of time to work at your own garden plot. (Warning : a little weeding may be involved)

Class are held at the Northland Arboretum

Wednesdays - June 5th - August 28th, 2024

9:30AM-11:00AM

With the addition of harvest days and garden clean up in September

Cost: $40.00 for a 3' x 16' garden plot. This includes instructional materials, seeds, plants, and lots of fun! 

Space is limited and advanced registration is required. Class is non-refundable. 

*We want all the kids to have a great gardening experience. However, if your child is disruptive or uncooperative, we may ask them forfeit their plot and drop out of the program.
