Join Darla for a walk through the woods, a talk on nature therapy practices, and/or creative nature writing. The format will change with the seasons and weather. Be prepared to take a hike outdoors if the weather is cooperative. Otherwise, indoor ecotherapy and some creative nature writing will be discussed and practiced.
